Patient Reference Group
If you would like to have a say about the services provided at the Practice but cannot spare the time to join our Patient Participation Group, please let us know your email address so that we can include you in our Patient Reference Group. This will enable us to contact you occasionally to hear your views about the surgery, how we are doing, and how we may be able to improve our services that we offer.
All communications will be kept to a minimum and will only take up a few moments of your time.
