Comments and Complaints
Our Practice Manager, Mrs Janet Lewis, has overall
responsibility for the smooth running of the practice. If you wish
to give us feedback or have a complaint about any aspect of our
service, please ring her on 01256 479244 or write to her, or your
GP.
The Hampshire Primary Care Trust (PCT) also operates a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS 01483 782775) which can be used to resolve any problems which have not been adequately addressed by the Practice.
